We recognize that Kentucky Agency Group has the responsibility and the obligation to both the companies we represent and to our customers to provide consistant quality products at affordable/competitive prices, and to do so using the ethics and standards of true insurance professionals.
We further recognize that we have been the recipient of the trust and confidence of the insurance companies we represent, as well as the trust and confidence of our customers. It is to protect and strengthen that trust and confidence that we strive for in conducting our day to day business activities.
Fully understanding that providing proper coverage, consistent with our customers' needs and requests, and prompt fair claim payments are the very basis of, and reason for, being in the insurance business, we therefore pledge to our companies and our customers that we will work to make the claims process timely, efficient, and fair. |
